In order to register with the Practice, you can telephone the Practice and speak to member of staff on Reception who will be happy to take your details. Alternatively, you are most welcome to visit the Practice in person and register.

Patient and staff safety are of utmost importance to us. We follow the sterilisation, disinfection and cross infection guidelines as set out by the Department of Health and the British Dental Association A12 Advice sheet. Furthermore, in compliance with the Department of Health Guidelines, we also have a purpose built decontamination room where all instrument decontamination and sterilisation takes place.

We are also registered with and comply with guidelines as set out by the Clinical Quality Commission (CQC), who purpose is to regulate primary dental care settings.

Not usually. We will do a full check-up of your mouth, chart the existing condition on our computer, take radiographs, if necessary, discuss the options for your treatment and give you a written treatment plan. If you are in pain, we will do our best to get you out of pain.

Yes, we also have a dentist who has a special interest in root canal treatment, and is able to provide this treatment with the aid of a state-of-the-art microscope. Further information about root canal treatment is provided under our treatment section.

Yes, we provide dental care for all members of the family. If we find that any member would benefit from seeing a specialist for particular treatments, we will then consider offering a referral to a trusted colleague or clinic.

Children are very welcome to Wildridings Dental Centre from a very early age.

We understand their needs and perspective are very different to those of adult patients. We will ensure that they are very well looked after during their visit offering them much needed assurances and take away dental phobias.

It is important for children to visit us regularly where we can monitor their development closely and ensure that their teeth and gums remain healthy as they grow into adults.

Please telephone the Practice as early in the day as possible to make an appointment during the opening hours. Should the patients of the Practice have a dental emergency outside of the Practice opening hours, please call out of hours emergency number 111.

A major advantage of white composite fillings is that they are less destructive to the tooth and are adhesive. When the dentist prepares a cavity, more of your own natural tooth material can be retained. They are much more aesthetically pleasing and can be worked and polished in a way that makes them look just like a natural tooth.
